• Peer Groups

  • Peer groups are one of the most consistently praised aspects of PCPA membership.

Peer groups offer various opportunities such as peer support, industry resources, professional networking, benchmarking, and collaboration and members can join multiple groups. Traditionally, peer groups meet annually at our spring conference to share best practices, address work-related concerns, and discuss collaboration ideas. Between conferences, some group leaders host Zoom meetings to connect, brainstorm, and explore mutual support options.

Through our peer group email lists, members receive links to useful articles, podcasts, and webinars relevant to their work.

  • I wanted to send a note of appreciation about our PCPA Curriculum Peer Group.

After the PCPA meetings, our peer group decided to continue a short monthly Zoom to provide ongoing support during these unique times. It has been such a needed source of insight. Today two of the peer group members from other houses shared valuable advice to guide me and my house through a key staff transition we’re experiencing.

I thanked them both but also wanted to share a word of thanks for the PCPA network and all the ongoing ways it contributes to the body of Christ. I am grateful to you and the PCPA team.”
